Introduction

Welcome to Chengdu BoostVision Technology Co., Ltd. (“BoostVision”). By using our screen mirroring and TV remote apps (the “Apps”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (the “Agreement”).
By using our Apps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Apps.

Use of Apps

BoostVision grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including but not limited to their design, software, and content, are the property of BoostVision and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the Apps without our prior written consent.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you transmit or upload using the Apps. You agree that any content you transmit or upload will not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

Privacy

We use Google AdMob SDK and Facebook advertising SDK to show advertisements in the Apps. These SDKs may collect and use information about your device, such as your IP address, device identifier, and advertising identifier. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of Google and Facebook for more information.

App’s Content Storage

BoostVision respects your privacy and has a Privacy Policy that explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Apps, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BoostVision makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content or functionality of the Apps. The Apps are provided “as is” without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

BoostVision will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Apps, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BoostVision, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Apps or your violation of this Agreement.

Termination

BoostVision may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Apps.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BoostVision with respect to the Apps and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and BoostVision.
